Complaint Review: MS Intergate - Riverside California

First off I am trying to get a grasp on where the investors stand on this adventure. It is claimed that if you have one share of MS Intergate  then you have one share of it's patent. Please explain or answer the following:

The "patent" was assigned to Ceatsticketing.net who claims to have been working on the technology since the 1990's. So does MS Intergate even have a patent? If so can you link the patent number.

What did MS Intergate receive in exchange for assigning the Patent to (((Redacted)))

Why did they assign it to Ceats.

Are shareholders now shareholders in Ceats.

Per the prospectus there were to be quarterly financials disclosed to shareholders. So far MS Intergate have not released ONE in over 10 years. Isn't this illegal?

Can the shareholders get an update on the financials?

Does Ceats/MS Intergate continue to raise private funds and if so who does one contact to do this.

Any remote chance of a long promised shareholders meeting occurring?

For you other shareholders out there, I am ( unofficially ) having an attorney  and a news associate look in to this matter just so we can get some closure.

This may have been the model from the beginning of the ultimate scam.

As stated in the first rebuttal, that was the 1 and only response on this site. Again you are making untrue statements. If you or anyone needs information about their investment, call the office, listed in the phone book. Any investor that had even 1 share, still has 1 share and has the same ownership in the patent. This individual making these claims is doing so knowing the claims are false and misleading. The invitation to call the company, is for all investors, including this one. We are far from defunct. I may be wrong but this confuses me. Your rebuttal on behalf of shareholders meant who? From what I understand msi is defunct and in fact Milford Skane claims to be a " Past MS Intergate CEO" Milford Skane Originator of CEATS' Patented, Ticketing Technology Past CEO & President, MSIntergate Owner, Computer Services Personified Rockwell International, Garret Air Research, USMC. And now Doug DeCinces claims and is supported by the patent office that he owns the patent to the technology that MSI shareholders invested in. http://www.ceatsticketing.net/management.html Can you explain where this leaves MSI shareholders so we may move forward.

To all MS Intergate investors: MS Intergate (MSI) has become aware of false and fraudulent statements being made about our company. A response is necessary to address this matter; however, this will be the one and only time that MSI will respond to this web-site posting. The 2 postings in this site are fraudulent statements that the company believes have been posted by someone who is attempting to harm this company and its investors, or, at the very least is someone who can but will not or cannot check out the claims on public sites to verify or discredit the claims. The statement that Mr. Chung received $950,000.00 in a court case against MS Intergate is both false and intentionally malicious. Below is a copy of the case file and settlement agreement. Not only has Mr. Chung not received anything from MS Intergate, he also forfeited his entire stock portfolio, along with having to return any and all property both real and intellectual to the company. MSI's address and contact information are publically listed. Regarding claims that contact with MSI is not available, the address the last poster gives is a mailing address and since the real phone number available on Google in the same place as this site or by phone by dialing 411, there is no validity that our investors are unable to contact us. Information is given to investors every day either by phone, email or in person. The claim that small investors are treated differently than any other investor is another fraudulent statement. All stock of the Company is Common. Everyone is treated the same. If any investor wants information, they can call or come by after calling for directions with their certificate information and they will be fully informed. Statements attacking spouses of MSI employees are nothing more than further attempts to damage the company and slander the referenced individuals. In fact, the principle has not received his contracted salary since 2001 but has continued to support the company and the company's patent applications through the PTO. Shareholders are also advised that the Company has initiated steps to locate and prosecute the individual or individuals who have committed these fraudulent acts.
