MTC Management, Germantown Tennessee ripoff property owners
MTC management takes advantage of rental property owners living out of state. They do not take care of the properties, and lie about deposits, pets being on the premises, number of people living in the homes, do not keep up with pest services and such. When we found out that they were not taking care of our property- and all of the above, we immediately turned in our notice for their services. They in turn did not complete their lease responsibility to the current renters, and left the house a total mess, without doing repairs, or notifying us of property damage. We have since sold the property, and are no longer doing business with MTC. If you are aware of this company, BEWARE! They are very badly run, and management is poor. I do not advise this company as a resource for property management, much less anything else.
