I was notified through GOOGLE checkout that I would be refunded my original purchase. The money showed up today (Monday 7/28/08). Interestingly enough, this quick action on the part of the company came ONLY AFTER I filed with the BBB and PAYPAL. It still remains very unfortunate that the company MURALS4KIDZ.COM does not understand customer service. They now appear all apologetic about my mural and are only worried that I repair their name by stating I did receive my refund. Well, that done, I would STRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE THINKING about ordering from this company. I do not understand their lack of communication, customer service, and delivery. My story is not the only one out here regarding them, so please read and BUYER BEWARE! To MURALS4KIDZ.COM: Thank you for my refund. However, due to the length of time and stress, I should have been refunded AND received a mural!!!
