No return address on envelope, but the stamp is "South Aferica International Small Letter", the 2nd place prize promised is for US$250,000.00, a check for $4350.00 is inclosed to pay for the $3900.00 processing fee, this check is from, "Cigna Dental, Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, Fifth Third Bank (Northern, KY). Thank goodness I looked on line before calling the, "claims agent Mr. Paul Orlando @ 1-877-855-6728 or 1-909-271-9342".
