MWI Connections This is a rip-off fraud business!! consumer fraud ripoff!! Internet
Today we received our Mastercard bill, with a mystery charge on it from MWI Connection for $149.95. After discussing it with family, we were still confused. No one could remember either the company or the charge.
Our concern is two-fold--- how did they get our credit card number?? and what is this charge supposedly for? We feel it will be no problem getting the charge removed from our bill, but we are afraid it might return next month or another time. How do we prevent them from using our credit card number again for ANYTHING??
I called the telephone number listed on our credit card bill, only to get a computerized directory for different departments. I was on hold for customer service for 6-8 minutes without anyone picking up.
I want them shut down, penalized and fined heavily to prevent them from doing this again to us or anybody else!!
