My Access Benefits Scam Based Business Internet
What a surprise to find that a Company if you want to call it that? Just somehow took 149.00 out of my account. I called them and did as they asked.For a refund. I also put a stop payment on any such Company with the name Access Benefits. I have never heard a word or received a dime back. This is a travesty the internet is going to the devil. No one can trust a soul with any personal information what so ever, without the possibility of being taken to the cleaners. These YOYO's that do this are creating a large problem for the legitimate company's to do business with.
Something needs to be done about this. Any Attorneys out there want a class action suit against these people lets go get them! Sounds like you would have enough people with this same problem to do something about this?
Also in calling there phone number the recording stated they were open 10am to 6 PM est. I called at 12 :30 est and the recording stated they were closed and to call back at the times listed above. This has got to be truly one heck of a scam!

Late March They did the same thing to me. My friends' mother was doing my taxes online and days later I seen a withdrawal from my account from MY ACCESS BENEFIT. I still have not recieved my money from them. I have send in my information twice and they still sending me letters that I need to send the exact information I previously sent. This is really crazy because I don't know what to do anymore. Im not backing down because nobody is going to take my money and get away with it no matter how much it is. I keep calling during buisness hours and they keep saying there closed. I don't know if I should go to the police, but I don't know what they would do, if they would do anything at all. you are not alone
