You should really provide more info. So, they charged you $29.99. what was that for? you state you inquired about a payday loan, but decided you didnt need it. what exactly does that mean? you clearly got to the point where they had your bank account info. you dont just walk into a building, then walk out with a $30 charge.
and, enough with the threats. your son is a cop, and you're a firefighter. what are you gonna do? spray em with water, then get their kitten out of a tree? come on. and, using a family member cop to settle personal vendettas is completely out of line. my guess, is that you agreed to this charge in on way or another. if they're really ripping you off, you should do a better job of proving it.
Lastly, what's an "at's office?"
