My Grant Resources (MGR) MGR promised a business grant in 12 weeks paid 449.00 still no grant! Houston Texas
On 12/09/2006 I was searching the website for a small business grant my husband needed to start a new business. We are an average income family with two small children and work full time jobs. We struggle to pay our bills like everyone else , so we decided to start a small business.
As searching from links on the irs.gov website I came along My Grant Resources (mgr) so I called, I thought, linked from the irs site must be ok, but I was wrong! First I spoke to Vanessa. Gave her some basic information regarding family size, income, and all the grants we would like to apply for.
Vanessa advised that her computer showed we would approve for a grant up to 95,000 all We needed to do was send a money order certified mail in the amount of 449.00 and she would email me the contract to sign and return.
Reading the contract after 3 attempts from the state for grant if we did not recieved we were guarranteed a full refund. We did recieve the packet about two weeks later, so we filled it out and returned certified mail.
Months went by, calls after call, leaving messages after messages, no response! Now 10/08/07, I cant call all I get is number is blocked! Now what can we do? We had to sell our things to get this money!
