MyDietPatches Do Not Order!! Rip-off & Scam! The only thing on a diet now is my wallet!! Tinley Park Illinois
I ordered the sample diet patches for $2.95 by credit card on September 1, 2004. I received them and before having a chance to use them my credit card was charged a whopping $169.95 on September 21, 2004! That is the first part of the scam! They told me there was a card or clause in my package telling me I would receive more and be charged in 20 days. It must have been in invisible ink.
Well, it was like clock work, as a computer will be! I immediately called this house of scam to rebut the charges! They had the nerve to tell me they were running a special for half off. Folks, this is the second part of the scam! They try to keep at least half the money! On October 16, 2004 I received $ 79.97 credited to my account and when I called to blow some more steam I was told that they only showed I was looking for a 1/2 off refund. The young lady I had talked to said she would put in to refund the other half and I would have it by October 29,2004.
Guess what today is November 2, 2004. I just hung up with the Supervisor Steve and should have an answer by 5:00 pm today when the rest of the money is coming! I also informed him of all the "hate sites" this business is causing and he should check some of them out. I will also pass on to look up Better Business Bureau of Chicago and US Mail Fraud reports that everyone can file to stop the scam!
The only thing on a diet now is my wallet!! Good luck everyone and don't forget the contact these 2 businesses to stop the scam!

My credit on my acct shows Diet Products Pos Agoura Hills, CA 987150 (don't know why 6 #'s for zip)

I had applied for the free trial for this product but on reading about the fraud I wanted to get it cancelled. I htink if you call up the company withing 14 days ( count the day from the day when u signed or paid for the product online) they have representatives that will cancel it and not charge u a feee of 169$ . I did it and though there was waiting time i did get to speak to a representative. Alternatively you can also do it online but i feel you should call up to make sure that u have cancelled.
