Mylen Stairw was purchased by Salter Stairs several years ago. They appear to now exist in name oinly. The web site leads you to beleive that Mylen Stairs is still in Peekskill ,it is not. It is in PA. The business operates with remote web operators who funnel calls for three companies to one office. The products, spiral stairs are assembled at the PA faculity. If you look at the reviews on yelp you will see that many of the negative reviews are hidden at the bottom. Read thme and you will get the rela picture of how this company operates. The a very poor on customer service and appear to be most concerned with protraying a good internet reputation and will only settle matters with customers who agree to remove negative reviews and not post any additional reviews that are negative. The experiecne that I had with them was not good. The salesman did niot design the stairs correctly despite the fact that they had archectural plans and we reviewed them several times. The stairs came late and the parts suppiled were not right. Some were wrong and we had too many and were missing other parts we needed.The stairs were backwards and could not be installed as per the plan. The boilerplate in the agrement that you sign at the tiome you order absolves them of any responsibility regarding the final design of the stair even if they get it wrong from the plan you provide. Custoimer service is a joke .. Just read the real reviews. Stay away from this company. Search all of the reviews and check out the Reddit posts that have a ton of bad revoews. Better to find a suppilier near you job the suffer through an ordeal with Satler Stairs.
