I contacted the customer support phone number from the email I recieved on the same day. I explained that this was cancelled and not authorized to bill. The rep said that I could not have my money refunded and chuckled. I asked to speak with a manger. He told me when the call was completed he would tranfer me but I just got on hold for eternity. Went to look up further information and found that they have no info on their supposed facebook page or twitter. No email contact or address info on the website. Did however find the other names their company uses. I am going to keep calling until someone answers and I will contact my bank.

Yeah I think this can be harsh but I called them at 855-421-9615 and it was cool. They just gave me my money and it was good. Try that
