P&D Remodeling was hired to enlarge my bathroom, bedroom and closet. When they finished, after 10 weeks, the walls were warped, the electical outlets were not installed, the paint job was unfinished, the sink collapsed in the vanity. Granite top on vanity was crooked.
The bathroom floor tiles are stained with some caked matter that will not come up. The faucet on the tub leaks. The hole for the bathtub was cut wrong and had to be re-cut. The base boards are mix-matched. AND NOW, THE TUB LEAKS CAUSING MASSIVE WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD AND MILDEWED CARPET.
Hardly a "luxury kitchen and bath" remodeler. The owner, Jose Alvara Ramirez Diaz, is a con and gave me general liability insurance documents stating his company was covered. The carrier, The Hartford Insurance Company, says that their policy lapsed on January 25, 2019, prior to my hiring them on February 1, 2019.
