Nation Action Financial Services - Maureen York the company has been collecting money for a car that I found out that I own. as of 11/12/2008 I found out through the dmv in ca and through fairlane credit that the title I have is clear and has been clear since sept 2006. I would like all the money collected by this fraud company returned to me asap all the way back from Jan 2008 Williamsville New York
this company started calling me around Jan 2008 saying that they had my car note. I had just dismissed my bankruptcy in sept 2006. I did not question the process. unbeknownst to me i was not aware that the title that i had was free and clear. the title was sent to me for the registration on my car by fairlane credit, whom I called 11/12/2008. now i question nafs intentions after researching the nafs this rippoff site pops up. I would like to have the money that they stole from me returned. beware of this company they are rippoffs thank you rippoff report for making me aware before i make a big mistake.
