Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I keep getting calls from this company asking for a Ryah Dues. Ryah Dues is apparently the person who had my phone number previously. I do not know her or have ever EVER had any contact with her. The closest I ever got was looking her up on MySpace. I know her name because NAFS gave it to me, which I am 100% sure is totally illegal.

They called my cell phone on 1 Dec 07, with an automatated message say, "This is Marshall from National Action Financial Services, please call us back at (800)395-4094." It did NOT identify the intended recipient. So I called them at that number. They asked if I was Ryan Dues. I stated no I am not. They corrected themselves, Ryah Dues. I again replied I am not. I told them I just got this number and it is ONLY used for my small business, and asked them nicely not to contact me back.

On 13 Dec 07 at 2:08 PM, again, I get the same call...I call them back on 13 Dec 07 at 2:11 PM, I tell again, more firmly that this is MY business phone, not Ryah Dues and that I have never known or had any contact with the said person. Again I ask them not to call my phone every again or face a lawsuit. They immediately start, "Stop yelling, you need to slow down...I can't help you if you don't slow down." I'm from WV, I never talk fast for one. Then they state that my phone number is NOT in the system. I say, "You just called me less than 5 minutes ago." Then I get transferred to some idiot woman who finally says, "We wouldn't call you if you would pay your bills." This is ironic, One: Because Ryah Dues is a female, and I am male, and Two: I subscribe to Dave Ramsey's plan on this. I don't EVER use credit, hence I have no credit BILLS to pay. All my utilities are up to date, and the one debt I have, my mortgage, is actually ahead of schedule. Which is probably much more than this POND SCUM collector can say about her financial situation.

Anyway, to make a long story short....this looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen....
