National Affidavit Dept of USA Gary Cole passing himself off as a lawyer harrassing me a work wanting to take me to jail and sue me and make me lose my job, Illinois
I got a call from a Gary Cole passing himself off at a legal representative for National Affidavit Dept of USA. Gary called me to tell me that there is legal action being taken against me for a dept that I owe. He stated that he will make sure that I will lose my job and he will put me in jail and ruin my credit if I don't pay the money back. He called me at my workplace telling me that I had till the end of the day to wire some money for money that I owed Cash Advance.
I told him to stop calling me and harassing me at work and he continued on calling me until I called the police and reported him to the Trade Federal Commissions Office. The only reason why I am filing a report is because he sent me an email threatening me and he has all of my information like bank account number, social security number, address and birthdate. I want this man stopped.
I don't want to become a victim of identity theft let alone I don't want the same thing happening to someone else. He is also trying to pass himself off as David Warner from Hindsdale Law Firm at 650-425-1408. This man needs to be stopped immediately. Just for FYI - I did take a loan out with Ace Cash Express, but I paid it back and have a receipt. I did tell him that and he did stop but just the fact that he is going around scamming ppl doesn't make it right. I want him stopped!
