Hello there, sorry to hear about your situation with this company. I have recently been contacted by them for a balanced I owed to a vitamin company. I just spoke with them today actually and they insisted that I pay over the phone to avoid it being reported to my credit. First of all the amount is $104.92 to be exact and this was for a product that did not require my social security number or anything in depth. I told the agent I will send the amount to your companies address.
