I signed up with the NADN late June of 2002.

The very same day I signed up they billed me 2 times on one of my credit cards and then a third time a few days later on a second credit card. For a total of $1316.85

which was originally supposed to be for a total of $438.95 for their services.

When I realized they were providing a service that I already knew about, and saw their accounting error, I decided to withdrawal my membership with them and get a refund.

Little did I know at the time what a painstaking process would be before me!

I called their Customer Service Department and sure enough they had no record of the billing error and needed "proof" for the billing error.

After sending proof via fax of the three charges from my back statement (several times) and shipping back the unopened package I have received, they have only refunded me on the first card for 2 of the 3 charges.

After sending in numerous "proofs of statements" of incorrect billing on both cards to fax Numbers 702-877-5536, 5526, and 5513. They still say they have not received proof and to please resend!!!!!

When you call customer service your lucky if you don't receive an answering machine, (I personally use three phone myself simultaneously just to get a shot at getting through) and when you get through you can't speak to any Supervisors, the accounting dept does not take incoming calls, and messages left Never get returned.

In the last 4 months I have spoken with Chris Cotner, Brian Thompson,Shane, Cedric, Renisha, Ed, Jesse, Jeff, Emma and Ian. Dates:7-31,8-26,8-22,8-18,9-3,9-18,10-4,10-9 just within the last few months that I documented.

A few of them were very, very rude, cocky, coarse and disrespectful. Most of them promised to call back but NEVER did, not one follow up call !

When asked if you can hold for a Supervisor the agent on the phone say they do not have a direct line or ext, or answering machine,(what kind of business is that???) there are none on the floor right now, or I cannot put you on hold because we are receiving incoming calls. I'm thinking to myself so how am I going to get through to these people and get my problem resolved.

They should be called NDS Nation Defense of Supervisors!!!

So on the 22 of Oct. I bombarded all three fax machines sending my "proof of mis-charges" several times and guess what? I got a call back!!!

Is this what it take to get a simple call back????

It was Chris Cotner and I was treated in the usual condescending manner. I challenged him on his lack of integrity and he finally apologized.- GOD! it takes a Crowbar just to get an apology from these guys.

Till this day Oct, 22 2002 I still have not received a refund for the 3rd charge on my second card!!!

Be afraid be very AFRAID! NADN the epitome of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They are quick on the gun to take your money... but when it comes to a refund.. well you've heard enough.

My advice is to take names and to document everything.

Squeaky wheel gets the oil!
