National Audit Defense Network ripoff refusal to honor refund request Las Vegas Nevada
Within two/three weeks of my (30 day free trial) membership, I began to experience "buyers remorse" and started to question in my own mind the value of this membership based on my own circumstances. I called to request a refund of my nearly $900, but was told that my membership must continue for a full two years. I was not smart enough to remind the NADN staff person that I was within the 30 day free trial period, and reluctantly waited two years.
Now that the required two years have passed, NADN has refused to accept my phone calls or respond to my messages. After about 10 months correspondence with the Better Business Bureau, now I'm told they will not honor my refund request because I would not comply with their recommended "strategies" (in reality, buy additional programs I did not want) which would require me to spend an extra $7,000+.
