To whom it may concern:

aprrox 10-13-2005 was contacted by phone from National Benefits about what was explained by Archie as health insurance at this time we had medical insurance but he explain would help if my husband, Micahel lost his prescription drug plan and dental. My husband Michael is on disability as of aug 2005 was approved back to aug 2003, he has had cancer and 5 strokes.

For these people to misrepresent themselves as health care providers and us to pay $268.00 and $129.00 per month and recieve no benefit from this, is taking advantage of people. tried to cancel on 3 occasions in which Denise keeps telling Michael the benefits we have and doesn't not comply with us wanting to cancel.

so after 3 months of paying 12-16-05 I called spoke to Samantha which was very rude telling me to tell Michael to stop talking in the background, that it was hurting her ears. So I told her need to cancel she said Denise would call and she did again starting explaining benefits for which we've had no use and kept talking over Michael. so he proceeded to tell her I am the customer listen to what I am telling you CANCEL.

Denise then proceeded to tell him that she would but no refunds, The front page has a Guarantee of services so tell me what to do about this????????

Please , I had to cancel his bank card to keep them from debiting his account , also every time tried to get ahold of the at there phone number got answering machine to leave a message on .

Please tell me if a refund should of 3 payments of $129.00 should be refunded.

These are the 2 emails 1 sent and 1 response from BBB. I was told also after debit my checking for dec 15-jan15 billing period no refund for this per Denise. Please help me stop them from ripping people off.

P.S please call them let them do there telephone sales pitch then listen to what they tried to do as recorded conversation.
