From numerous other complaints ive read, i'm guessing this if for BMG. They sold out to Columbia House a number of years ago and I owed neither them OR BMG anything when Columbia HOUSE finally closed their music club (inherited from BMG). I dont know if this was Columbia House or BMG who reported this BOGUS claim as Columbia House did this once before on a Bogus account balance. Both of these BOGUS reportings were reported without notifying me as is required by law before dinging my credit report. I have never heard of these people, never heard from them and DO NOT owe Columbia House or BMG any delinquent balance. The amount is $81.00 but they say the credit limit is $51.00 (which was the previous BOGUS amount reported by Columbia House) which I had to get removed last year. Why are these companies allowed to continue to FALSELY report and not follow the law and ruin a consumers good report?
