National floors direct My family got hurt on nails sticking threw carpet, left a mess, stables left in carpet Avon Massachusetts
I hired national floors direct to come into my home and install new carpet in a professional matter, they left nails sticking out of the carpet threwout the house. My family and I both stepped on nails and hurt ourselves. I found my two year old son playing with sharp staples left behind. In some areas the carpet does not reach the wall and you can see plywood, they left a mess in my bathroom. And left strings around thst if u pull rip carpet I had to cut them myself I paid for professional install and for nothing more then a hack job. Customer service did nothing to help me told me told me to out cardboard over the nails and to fix the nails myself
