National Home Loan Assistance Program I sent NHLAP $1000.00 nad they did nothing to help me with my mortgage and now no return calls about my funds being returned! Hopkins Minnesota
On Nov 25 I talked to a man named Ralph who sent me an agreement which I have a copy of to sign and then in 2 days time he told me that with the information I had givin him he may be able to help me but I needed to send him via wired funds $1000.00 which I did. I have that proof also. Ralph told me that it would take a few weeks to know anything.
In the meantime while waiting THE HOPE TEAM worked with my mortgage company and was able to get my loan modified and me back on track. I received a call from someone a month later saying Ralph was fired and he was taking his place and that they wanted $950.00. I told them I had my first mortgage payment due and I didnt know when I could pay them not thinking they weren't the ones who helped me.
I then began calling them for a refund and proof of another company helping me and not them and I want my $1000.00 back well I get a voice mail leave a message will call back within 48 hours and I have not heard one word from the. I attempted to fax a letter to them with proof that they were not the ones who helped me and the fax failed. So I got online going to email them and saw this and thought it to be in my best interest to place this claim.
