Norma you are a victim and should file a charge back with your credit card company. Tell your credit card company that you cancelled within 2 days per their stated policy and that NME refuses to issue the credit. These people hate to be hit with a "charge back" but that is the only weapon you have to deal with them. They are predatory skanks. Tell your credit card company you want a new card with a new number and it will block any future charges from these predatory liars. NME IS LIARS LIARS LIARS. They always promise that you can cancel but then they refuse to do the cancellation. If most people did a "charge back" and changed their card number it would severely curtail the activity of these EVIL SKANKS.
