If you truly cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel this subscription, look on the back of your credit card statement. There is a special rule for credit card purchases, if the service/product being sold is over $50 and you are not satisfied, you can dispute it if there is a problem. It also will say it has to be in your home state or 100 miles of your home state, however, many card issuers are flexible. However, I would make every effort to try and resolve it with NME.
