Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
David Anderson is teh sales rep for this company. He starts off by being all friendly and gives you a lower quote in order to get your business, he pressures you to pay the non refundable deposit, though he never tells you it is non refundable.

Once the guys arrive to load your things, they tell you that you have too much stuff. They tell you that you can pay by wieght or by cubic feet, but wither way it is a higher price.

My quote was for $2200  and I made sure that DAvid understood that I had more than 100 boxes, plus a two bedroom house to move. He assured me that it would be fine. Up arrival to load, the guys told me it would be $3,650!! I tried calling David but he would not answer his phone.

Then David assured me that they would deliver in 5-6 days so that the guys could get back home for Christmas, Knowing this I packed up Christmas presents, food, clothes, everything because it would only be a week. After week and no contact, I emailed David and he would not return my emails. I calle dthe company and David would not take my calls or return my calls. The owner of the company got on the phone and started yelling at me and telling me I was fool and it was "not his problem"! I kept calling and emailing David for 2 weeks and finally I received a call on New Years day telling me the delivery would be on Jan 2nd at 7 AM in the morning. They told me I was to have teh balance due in cash or a Post Office Money Order. This is on a Holiday with Monday being a Holiday!! They arrived at 2 PM and refused to even pull onto the property. They told me to pay immediately or they were leaving with my stuff. I called the Police, but they said it was a civil matter and I have to sue them.

The Truck driver called the company and David came on all nicey, nicey say Hey man, Happy Holidays, ah you have to pay you were given plenty of notice.... Yeah right, then the owner came on the lone and started swearing at me and I hung up.

I could not get the money since the banks were closed so they left and I had to pay and additional $350 for them to deliver the following day!

Stay away from this company, they have been kicked out of the Better Business Bureau and have had to change their name already once due to bad publicity.

no one lied to you first of all. again your price got higher cause you forgot to mention the extra boxes you had like double the boxes.how can you say you have 150 boxes if on our inventory list it says 203 boxes?  ...on our file is says up to 21 business days of delivery how could david tell you 5-6 days? you signed on the agreement that says you have up to 21 business days to get your shipment.how can our driver pull a knife on you if the police were the whole time with you unloading your stuff?and we lied to you?

the dishes and the stuff inside the boxes got damaged cause you didnt pack your boxes right. you had old crunchy boxes and you filed them with stuff without protecting them... you were told on pickup date that your boxes are not good for delivery and you insisted on taking those boxes...your boxes were never repacked your boxes were smashed even before the move what did you expect? moving 50 pounds of stuff into a 10 pound box? it does not work like that in moving. isaac the semi driver gave you to sign on the papers that said national moving and storage, how can you even think we are allied cause we have an allied trailer that has allied on it? its just a trailer we are national moving and storage!!!you have signed on pickup before we even started working on the price 3250$ so there was no pressure on the price... you signed on the 21 business days and you signed on your delivery signature... if you are so sure of your self please take us to court and may the best honest side win

thank you

Hahaha, John, the owner of National Moving and Storage says I am a liar and an angry person. LOL that is funny. John, yes I am angry over the lies perpetrated by your company. Angry that I had too many boxes? That's funny. I have emails and withnesses that can verify that I specifically told David I had "at least if not more than 100 boxes". You state I had 200, well check your records, the guys that loaded the truck state I had 150, which I agree. Either way, does this justify David guaranteeing me delivery in 5-6 days? Does this justify you saying that you called me four times, when in fact you have NEVER called me, (i have the phone records to prove this fact) Does it justify showing up on a Holiday and demanding CASH or a Post Office Money Order, knowing that banks and Post Offices were closed? Does it Justify the violence of your driver pulling a knife on me? Does it justify your driver refusing to bring boxes and funiture into the house? Does it justify your driver smashing dishes by bringing the boxes to the door and flipping them off the dolly? Does it justify your company flipping all the boxes upside down when they were repacked? Does it justify the theft of personal property from my load? Does it justify your driver liing to everyone stating that he was a United Van Lines employee and had been so for 11 years when he in fact was not, and he was illegally using the United Van Lines logo and trailer? I checked with United Van Lines, they had me take pictures of the truck and trailer to file a federal complaint. Does it justify that your driver refused to give his last name and refused to sign a receipt? And does it justify that your driver refused to allow me to verify delivery of all boxes, sign to said fact, and recieve a copy of the documents??  None if this was done according to the law. So, yes, I am angry.

Let's start by saying that you gave us a list of 100 boxes and we picked up 220 boxes, we gave you the option going by the pounds and you decided with the Forman doing a binding price. No one forced you doing anything... We never told you 3 days delivery to Maine , that's what you wanted to understand, you got your stuff after 12 days that doesn't include the holidays... The bbb never kicked national moving out, we didn't agree paying them 200$ a month hostage fee and delete our complaints...we gave you 4 days headsup for the delivery and on the delivery date you didn't have the money for the balance.... The police came to your house 3 times during the delivery and told you that its a civil matter We are going to sue you for your lies for the false statements and for dishonisting our workers... YOU ARE A LIAR AND A ANGRY PERSON
