Do not hire this company! They have been flagged several times by the Better Business Bureau of Denver and are about to have a complaint against them with the Denver Attorney General. This was a very stressful moving day and continues to be very stressful.
The day the moving van arrived they wanted me to sign a blank form stating I would pay for anything over the cubic footage they estimated. I refused and they eventually saw it my way after a fight. They ended up underestimating by 200 cubic feet (I'm sure this was to get business). Then they told me I needed to pay for all the shrink wrap so that was another phone call because I was told it was included, which it was. The driver told me that I was going to owe 1,099.00 at delivery and I agreed to that amount. Then a few days later, Jessica called to inform that the driver messed up on the paper work and that I owed 1500.00.
After three weeks, I started calling Jessica asking where my stuff was and when it was going to be delivered. I left several messages for Jessica and she did not return any of my my phone calls. After a week, I called my sales rep (Frank) and he tried to help me out for a couple of days and then he stopped returning my calls. After another week of unreturned phone calls, I finally started calling Frank every hour on the hour and after the third phone call, a manager by the name of Lupe called me. She says it's coming, but it has been 35 days and I haven't received my shipment. I'll let you know when it arrives and how it arrives.
