The Letter everyone has received is a scam to get your information and age of spouse and your phone number. Your information will then be sold to many unwanted companies that will call and bombard your mail box.
DO NOT SIGN and do not fill out theis card. Read the bottom of the envelope that came to your house. IT IS not affilated with any government agency / MEdicare. There is no federal cutback in programs so tear it up and move on.
