National Reader Service In febuary I ordered some mag. I now want to cancell as I have been inundated with calls and different info. Have been told if I cancell they will sent a debt collector lakewood, Internet
In feb, I ordered mag after being bullied into and lied to . I was told I would be entered into a sweepstake and would recieve a watch worth over 200.00$ Just a week ago I recieved watch that I could purchase at Walmart for 20.00$. Starting the end of Feb I started getting several calls a day, always saying that it would be the last call. Yesterday I recieved at least 10 calls,I told them each time to stop calling. tThey kept on saying that they had problems with their computers and then they gave me a code no. and said for the inconveniece they would take 10 dollars off monthly bills.Today I got 3 more calls, saying the same thing about computers , but no one authorized a discount and when I told Brian, manager, that I wanted to cancell, he said they had already prepaid for the books I ordered and if I refused to pay it would go to collection agency. I asked him for a number to legal depart.,where upon I hung up. I tried no. and got nothing Telephone rang again, Brian, when I told them I got nothing when I called he corrected the number. I called the number got answering machine , left message, it has been 3 hrs since I called, still no call back. I called bank and cancell credit card.
