National Vendor Marketing Services, NVMS They did not honor their side of the independant contractors contract by not paying me and breaking NYS Law. Manassas Virginia
In NY State any Independant Contractors are to be paid for work done no later than 30 calander days. I did not know that this was the NYS Law and completed work for NVMS on many jobs since October 2017. NVMS has a contract that states that any work completed on a date will be paid 8 weeks out. I have called and emailed this company and they show me images of checks I was to recieve from December on but no such luck. They could have use next day air. We live in 2018 and there is no reason that I should have to wait 8 weeks for a check anyway.

Hi I work for this company as well and they have not paid me either. They owe me $1200 so far so I have stopped doing work for them. Have you been paid yet? If so how did you get your money? Thanks, Kathy
