This is fraud for that company to put charges on your bill. Verizon should be able to remove it from your bill. If all fails, call the commission to report fraud.

On July 21 2006 I spoke with a verizon cs person as I was getting ready to pay my bill and did not want to pay the 13.0 charges for the Nations Voice voice mail. I told the cs that I had filed a ripoff report regarding this matter and also a complaint with the Federal trade commission at www.ftc.gov. I was told if the matter is not resolved and Nations Voice does not remove charges in 30 days Verizon will take care of the matter for me. I was also told by the CS to put a BLOCK on my telephone bill so no one can add charges to my account. I did put the block on my account because I know that once one company slams you they sell your name to other companies.
