Nationwide Insurance ripoff scam after cancelling policy Arlington Texas
I was a customer of nationawide insurance (Jackie Branums office) for 7 years and carried 2 autos and homeowners.
The 7th year my Lexus was broken into and vandalized. I had over 2K in damage and items stolen. Now keep in mind I had never filed a claim in all those years. I did file a claim on this only to find out they wouldn't cover it unless I had reciepts for everything stolen??? Who keeps recipts for contents in thier purse and the packages I had that they took(the recipts were in them duh!!)
I decided after that I had had enough especially after the terrible rate hikes in homeowners insurance!!I finished out paying that month and they kept billing me !!! They wouldn't stop. I had to get a attorney involed. They also reported to my credit I owned them money!!
Also a little FYI from another family member. If you call to ask a question(not to file or have any work done) reguarding any damage you have had to a vehicle they instanly file a claim and raise your rate without you knowing.
Jackie Branum is now in a plush cush new office complete with marble flooring and woodburning fireplace. This is because she takes advantage of innocent people.
I have already conveniced 2 freind to end their insurance with them and warn others all the time to steer clear of them!!
