my vife and i using this company and have problems with nationwide moving services. when they quoting my luggage weighing 2,000 pounds or less and telling me a good price for $1,200 usd. we went using company and drivers coming to our apartment telling us before they moving anything this must weight much more pounds. i calling nationwide and they telling me they taking care of everything so fine. the movers speaking very broekn english which makes very hard my vife and i speaking poor english to. they loading up my items and using some plastic wrapping also. they take very good care of my furnitures it seems. then they telling us that we are owing much more money almost $1,000 usd more than told before. i have not recieving my items as of yet should be any day the driver says. i am not like using this company and i wish to tell people to be very carefull if they chosing a moving companmy. i think this is not a real mover because the driver tells me he is a different mocving company and the nationwide moving services is broker company only and many problems come up with this company. i am paying the driver what i owed him and doing better business report and review on the webiste that gave me the name fo this company.

Whomever writes your rebuttals and apology letters are not only pathetic at doing so, but the fact that you "claim" Daniel Bruce is not the owner of the company either means that you are a liar or don't know who runs your poorly run organization. Either way it is sad that you change the name of your company so often. I have been in business for 9 years and the name of my company has stayed the same all those years with the better business bureau complaints and I have 7 over 9 years time. So anyway, keep changing the name of the company and masking the owner Daniel Bruce. And keep up the good work with the same apology letter to every customer that you cheat.

Nationwide Moving Services would like to apologize to "Kardesh". We would like to put your concerns at ease, however your name does not appear to be in our system. Please contact us so we can help you. You are also welcome to contact our claims processing company, Athem Claim Management. Anthem Claim Management 2351 W. Memorial Court Anthem, AZ 85086 1-866-551-5998 Nationwide Moving Services LLC 1-866-441-5161 Kaufman, Texas The review that is from "itsmeagain" is all NOT true. We have NEVER changed our name and do not know of the companies that they are trying to link us too. We are an LLC company and we do not have just ONE owner. NONE OF THE ACCUSED IS TRUE. Also that is very sad if an "owner" of another moving company has enough free time to look up our name all day... It's actually flattering. Unfortunately moving companies like this one are just not doing so good so they feel the need to go and down-grade another company who is doing well.

I know this company and while they are not the best company ever they are not the worst. They operate out of Texas and have changed their names many times over the last 3 or 4 years. I own a moving company based out of California and compete with this company for moves and am often told by perspective clients that their price is MUCH lower than ours. I do know that they are a moving broker and have at least one if not two trucks. The owners name I believe is Daniel Bruce and has owned several moving companies and brokerages and when the names go bad he simply changes it. They were formerly R & S relocation,Midwest relocation,United States Van Lines of Texas and a few others. They have a pretty horrible Better Business Bureau report fro R & S Relocation and I believe that is why they have changed their name recently to Nationwide Moving Services. They are a broker and give fairly low estimates and take a deposit and leave scraps for the drivers and that is why they have so many complaints. They have many great reviews on www.moverreviews.com and I have to believe that they are mostly phony reviews written by an employee. I speak to many movers out of the California and Texas area that do moves for this company and the biggest complaint is that they completely underestimate the move weight and give really low quotes so the client recieves a very low price and when they get there the move is in some cases double the actual weight and when the client calls they are either told that they have to deal with the actual moving company or they can "contact" their claims company Anthem Claims Management. I have 8 moving trucks and 10 crews and know what it costs to move and my moving coordinators and constantly told that this companies price is way less. Some moves go well with them but it is hit or miss is what I am told. Do yourselves a favor and find a better company or just pray you are 1 of the lucky ones.
