Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Believe everything you read here.  10 months later, and our pool is still not finished.  How this company is still doing business is beyond belief.  We did not check references because a friend of ours had them do his pool, and the finished project WAS beautiful.  The only thing he did say was it took them quite a long time, but he was out of town, so no hurry.  We first realized we were in trouble before our hole was even dug.  Our friend had a problem (still under warranty), and it took call after call after call with no response. Finally, it was the usual "we'll be there on...., and no one would show up. When they did finally go to do the repair, they made it even worse. He did not want them back, and ended up paying for the repair himself.  We knew right then we were going to be in for a long ride, and we were.  We have had problem after problem, beginning with the pool not even being in the design we had.  It took so long to get to this point, we left it as is. As I said, 10 months later, and we finally have water.

They should be sued for deceptive advertising to begin with.  They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT clean up after every procedure. The mess they leave after every job is unbelievable. That, however, is the least of everything. They will show up to start, IE to dig the hole. Then not show up for weeks, (or as in our case, months), to do the next step.  It took 9 months from the time the hole was dug until the time water was put in.  We are now having problems with the equipment, and no one is coming to help.

When you call them, they will be more then happy to help you in the beginning, but try getting through to anyone after the problems begin, or to find out why no one has come for weeks, the phone will not even be answered.  Even arranging a meeting in person at their office is just to appease, and hold you off.  We sent emails to managers, sales people, and to Keith Stuart; (I will not even call him "Mr.") No response.  NONE.  The lack of any response to all of these complaints should be a clue.

Only with the subject of going public and calling lawyers will you get a response.  And even then, the attitude is "bring it on".  They figure you won't go through with lawyers because you have so much already invested, you can't afford a lawyer.  In our case they are wrong.  The attitude of Keith Stuart is unbeleivable.  He is a crook, and a nasty one at that. No apologies for the delays, no excuses for the problems, nothing.  Basically a "screw you", I've got your money, and we'll get to you when we get to  you....if they ever do.  He's running a ponzie scheme in the form of swimming pools. Takes the original down payment of a new customer to continue a job for someone in the back. (Just my opinion)

If you check, I'm sure half the people that go to work for them don't last very long.  If they do, I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing what this company does to consumers.  In the 11 months since our first meeting with a salesman, we have gone through 4 foreman,  NOTHING is in house. Everyone is a sub.

I don't know how they have any good reviews.  They must do a good job ever so rarely, or have friends and relatives write them.  My advice to anyone still thinking about this company is to not rely on the references THEY give you.  Find out EVERYONE who has had this company do a job in all different counties.  How long did it take to complete from the time the permit was taken out to completion. How satisfied were they with the work, and would they give a recommendation.  The name of the subs (companies) they have doing the work, and are THEY even getting paid.  I know for a fact, there have been liens placed on properties even after the pools have been completed.

I know if I would have done this, I would not be writing this right now.  PLEASE, PLEASE, do not make  the mistake we all did.
