My wife and I saw Kevin Trudeau on a morning news program. His book looked interesting and the price was good, so she called to order it. The book was delivered, and then we started noticing a $5.95 charge showing up every month on our bank statement, and started receiving a monthly newsletter in the mail. On numerous occassions I have used their web form, the [email protected] email address, and tried to call their 800 number. The number never allows you to speak to a real person, I keep getting hung up on.
