Nature's Own Designs COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Internet
I wish that I had read the previous complaints about this company before placing an order. I placed an order for approximately $80 worth of shells on 7/10. On 7/12 I received a computer generated email that the status of my order was upted to "Being packed for shipment". On 7/21 I inquired about the status of my order. The email I received back was "Im checking as to where it went as it was shipped asap brb". When I asked later in the day if they had found my order I was told that it would be reshipped. I emailed again on 7/27 about the status of my order and received this response "was reshipped". Then I read the reviews. I emailed them again stating that I had read the revews and was worried about my order. I requested the date that it was reshipped, the delivery company they use and a tracking number. I very quickly received a response that the status of my order had been updated to "Refund" which means they completely lied to me that it had been reshipped. Needless to say I have not been refunded my money and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. These people are liars and crooks!! Do NOT order from them!
