NAWS...USFIDELIS...DEALER SERVICES... all are the same company at 100 MAll Parkway in Wentzville, MO. The US

Fidelis uses an address of 200 instead of 100.

They are under investigation by the Missouri Attorney General. Verizon has sued them as they have made unsolicited phone calls to their wireless customers. The state of Arizona is investigating them.

They just recently stopped their cold calling/telemarketing on the last of July due to the lawsuits mentioned above.

Prior to that they indeed called out on automatic dealers that were programmed by QWEST. The numbers dialed might be truncs from a 9-1-1emergency line, nursing homes, hospital rooms, etc.

Their business practices are questionable. Ethics? I don't think they know what that means. Is an employee, never ask questions as you never get a straight answer. They talk in circles as if everything is top secret; actually as if they are all hiding something.

There is a semi truck that is black with two red cursive G's on it and has a black trailer that comes in and out

of the business which is set up in a building that used to be a mall. Highly suspect.

The runaround by Usfidelis

I had received a call on my T-Mobile cell from Us Fidelis. I was like "I can get my car parts on an insurance policy?!! Wow, ok, lets here it then". So, I didn't hang up, but instead I decided to know a bit more, after all, who likes paying those very high car repair bills anyways? So, the friendly rep. told me my car was barely under the limit for the acceptance limits, and it would cost a little bit more money getting this coverage. I said ok, and decided to hear a bit more before deciding. He went on to tell me pretty much everything I wanted to hear, and I thought that this was too good to be true. Then they asked me to make a credit card payment over the phone of $800 to get the policy started. I asked if I could get instead an in-writing policy description before shelling out that much money. He proceeded to tell me about the coverage, and I was astounded that it was possible that either he didn't hear me, or was moving on with his spiel. I asked a total of three or four times, only to find that the friendly rep. was starting to get short tempered. To sum it all up, he hung up on me. As I am typing this, I am watching one of their commercials, saying that a starter costs $1200 and an alternator costs $1600!!! In the past 6 years, I have had 3 cars, 95' Geo Prizm, 99' Toyota Corolla, 01' Chevy Prizm. In each car, the alt. and the starters have gone out. I have never paid over $200 for any of these parts, including labor. Ohh, by the way, we have 3 phones-2 cell phones, and 1 land-line, and they have called at least twice a day on all the phones!!

I was considering applying for the services of this company but after seeing your RipOff report decided to check with the Missouri Better Business Bureau. According to the BBB, USFidelis (and the names the company operates under) is rated unsatisfactory. To check them out yourself, here is the link to BBB's information on this company: http://stlouis.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=142&bbb=0734&firm=310016763 Thank you very much for your post. You may have saved me a lot of trouble.
