We've been harassed by these guys for 2 years now! We paid the first invoice they sent, now they claim we owe them for the 2nd year of a two year contract. They even faxed a copy of the check we sent...it's a little scary to think that they have a copy of our routing number!
Thank you for posting info online about them! It helped in our decision to NOT PAY THEM again! They are very persistant. We have contacted the BBB, the FTC is next. I just read they have a Cease and Desist Order against them in North Dakota! Way to go!

In the future when the harassing phone calls start, as soon as you find out who it is calling hang up (every time). Don't give them the time of day. Don't even speak a word just hang up. It is very important that you never pay this invoice, they can do nothing. I fought them from Sept 05 until July of 07, I learned to always hang up. In the beginning I would argue with them, but this seemed to only fuel them more. I filed complaints with everyone. Attorney General, BBB and FTC in my state and the state that these invoice came from. The best thing I ever did was hang up everytime. Then I called the phone buster in Canada (where they are really located) **Canadian phone busters phone number 888-495-8501.** this phone number helped me the most. Canadian Office of consumer protection 888-672-2556 Good luck and stick to it. Marie
