NCO Financial Systems, INC dealing with now Horsham Pennsylvania
I have recieved a letter from NCO FInancial Systems, INC. a couple of weeks ago... i called to find out what they where meaning that i owed money......I had never gotten a call from them before untill after i first called them.... they told me on the phone and in the letter that i owed them $382.00.
When i asked them when this dept was made. they gave me a month and then the year. At that time, i had been on the Wisconsin state insurnce.
So I call the state insurnce to find out what the number was to the hmo that i had, had that time. when i got ahold of the hmo... THen told me that that amount had been paid in full. I then called NCO and told them about what the insurnce had said and they got rude and told me that i now had to pay the full amount instead of the 35% which was a total of 248.30 that they told me on the phone and in the letter.... they have not stopped calling me since and they even called me on memorial day at 9 am........
i have sent them a letter that i got from a lawyer tell them that i did not agree to what they where saying..... Is there anything else i can do? They always call when my children are sleeping ( my childrens ages are 6 months old and 2 years old) If you have any information please let me know thank you
