One of the worst bottom feeder collection agencies - YES Do not talk to them on the phone!!!! go to www.budhibbs.com and that will tell you all you need to know about these bottom feeders They tried to collect a debt from the company I work for - My company pays 10% after insurance pays 90% for any hospital that we own when I use that facility The debt was paid by my company - When I told them their sorry excuse was "sorry" debt cleared These low lives will do anything to make a buck Fight back and make sure you have a record of everythingGood luck

I too recieved one of these so called collection letters saying I owed a company called 1 & 1 internet $18.95. I never heard of 1 & 1 internet. I have had the same internet provider, if that what this company is for over 10 years, it's my phone company. I have no debt including credit cards and owe no one any money. I pay all bills as soon as i recieve them. I did some research and 1 & 1 internet is a web site hosting service. I do have web sites but they are at a different business location than the home address this letter was sent to. My web site hosting fees are automatically paid via credit card each month. Beaware this company sounds like a scam. A great way to get money by scaring people.

You can very easily go to NCO Financial Groups website that is listed on your letter and see that they are the second largest collection agency in the world. You can also go to the BBB and the Attorney General's office to see that NCO is a legit collection agency. You can most likely also check out that you did indeed have past due bills with the company that turned you over to NCO in the first place. Wow, see how easy that was to clear all of this up! It is your lucky day.

NCO is not pretending to be a collection agency, it IS a collection agency...one of the largest and worst...Have you requested validation of the debt? Send them a letter via Certified Mail + Return Receipt stating: Per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I am requesting written validation of this alleged debt, which includes: - a copy of the original signed contract with my signature - validation of the original "Date of Delinquency" for this alleged debt - validation of the "Date of Last Activity" for this alleged debt - validation that this alleged debt is within the statute of limitations.

Do not send these clowns anything . When they call back tell them to kiss your a## .After that change your number so they cannot reach you and have it unlisted. If they send you anything by mail sent a stop contact letter certified . You do not have to talk to these so called collectors at all, also do not give any of your account # to them at all.
