NCO Financial Systems Collected $2000 which they didnt pay off the credit company they said they were reprsenting Horsham Pennsylvania
I found out after accessing my credit report that the payment to settle my account with Capital One ( which I paid with a check over the phone) was apparently never submitted to the credit card company. I called Capital One, but because it is the weekend, the account service dept is closed, and have to wait to Monday to contact them in regards to this matter. I was told formerly in June that the account would now be closed according to NCO. I dont know what I can do about any of this and Im sick over this.
