NCO Financial Systems Ripoff Harassing Company With Very Unprofessional Representatives (aka David) and slander customers Horsham Pennsylvania
This company has been making harrassing phone calls to me and my whole entire family. Including my father who I have had NO contact to in years! And they are very rude about it. When I contacted them back they bascially slammed my integrity in my face. Making comments such as why is it so hard to pay your bills, you know you don't have that kind of money... good luck finding that kind of money, etc. OH and beware because you don't even get the chance to introduce yourself because they have CALLER ID and say your name when they answer the phone. That struck me wrong from the get go.
I contacted Citi Cards, the company how NCO Financial says they are contracted with and let them know about how they lovely collection company was handling their customers. I am in Accounts Payable myself and if our collection company handled our customers like NCO does; we would NEVER get any money. That's why I am refusing to send ANY money to NCO. And after reading several other complaints on the company I am glad I made that decision. I don't trust that company for nothing!!!
