NCO Financial They call for someone I don't know and harass me saying I'm her. Called and said I was contact att. gen. and she kept yelling, "is that a threat?" HORSHAM, Pennsylvania
I have been contacted repeatedly 10-15 times a day at all hours by this company looking for an Emma something or-other. They accused me of being her, knowing where she was "hiding" etc. I contacted the attorney general and submitted a complaint. I called to notify them of my actions and told them not to call me anymore. The lady kept screaming at me "IS THAT A THREAT, IS THAT A THREAT?". UMMM...YES, BUT A LEGAL ONE. It is not against the law to file complaints and civil suits for undue harassment.
