Nco Financial Systems ripoff abused & mistreated Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I wish I had of out this site before I paid my outstanding balance of a whoping $55.19 to this joker company. I admit I owed the money, there was no excuse for going almost 1 year for not paying, but any how 2 months ago I paid it in full. I received my credit report weeks ago about 3. And the original creditor still reported a balance for this account. I contacted the company today about 4 hours ago and spoke to 3 people. First I was hung-up on, then transfered once and told to call another number.
I then spoke to Jennifer after being hung-up on again. I told Jennifer that the account was paid in full and that they have not reported this to the creditor. Why? I ask. It takes about 60 days for this to be done I was told. 60 days had already passed. I then asked her why I have not received a release statement. She told me that once the account is paid they have no further contact with anyone. I told her that her company sends harassing letters out then when they finally received the money they wait to be contacted, not right I said. She then told me that they are not going to change company policies for me, and that I was a debtor over and over again.
I finally lost it and called Jennifer a few choice names and hung up on her. If I had of found this site first. I would have paid the original creditor and not gone through the headache.
