NCS OFFICES KELLY MCMULLAN scam artist.Used intimidation. threatened me with court summons.Said i had commited a felony and fraudently obtained loan, Internet
received a phone call from 1-866-922-4589 on February 1, 2013. I was not at work at the time but the person said I had 2 hours to return the call. When I got to work I got the message. I returned the call and spoke with a Kelly Mcmullan. This phone call really shook me up. I had to sit down and catch my breath.
I was told I commited a felony and I commited a fraudulent crime and that I needed to settle that bill that day or be served papers on my job or possibly where i live I told them that I could not pay that amount that day. So I nervously agreed to pay the full amount on the 22nd of this month and I gave them my debit card number. I was given a case number (721402) and also an extention 725. I do not want to pay them. I need help
