 My daughter plays ice hockey and was approached by NCSA during Central Districts. She is a very good player but comes from an area of the country that ice hockey especially for girls is not popular. We entered into a contract with NCSA in March of 2016. In September she received an opportunity to play internationally. We spoke with her recruiting coach, and came to the decision that moving to Canada was the best plan. This is where the problems begin, she is not able to utilize 90% of the tools, her new league has great limitations on contact and video release, and other than the SAT prep course nothin else has really been done with NCSA. I asked to downgrade to the lower priced membership, I was told that's impossible. This doesn't really make sense to me as she is not able to utilize much of the package we initially signed up for. I am not asking for a refund, just to downgrade the membership. I have submitted this request on the phone, via email, and US Mail, I have revoked authorization to charge my bank account as well. The charges keep coming, NCSA is charging us for services they can no longer provide, they want 5 more payments, rather than downgrade the membership and take credit when she signs, they prefer to argue , collect money, and do nothing to earn it.

 NCSA adjusted our account, marked it paid in full. It took some time to get the right person to listen. Our account is still open, and in good standing with zero balance.
