Netdirectbargains Ships damaged product and customer service is horrible Denver, Colorado
I will never purchase from this company ever again. They shipped an item that doesn't work. I opened the box it looked like someone threw my item in, tapped the box and then shipped it. I called as soon as I received their damaged goods. I spoke to "Martin" who says he was the manager. He was so rude to me on the phone. He would not let me finish talking. He kept interrupting me.
I told him my situation all he said was "sorry, I'll send you a return label." I asked to speak to his boss, he told me he doesn't have a boss. I asked if he was the owner, he told me no. I asked to speak to the owner, he refused to let me. He told me their is no one higher up that I can file a complaint with. Beware of this company. After reading all the complaints about this company, they are nothing but a rip off. They don't care about the consumer.
