I have had my netTalk duo for just a few days.. The original person im sorry you had issues. but this doesn't mean that everyone has had those issues. My only complaint my local area code wasnt supported. but to me that wasnt a big deal..
Out of the BOX it took me about 20 minutes to install, Within in minutes i could MAKE calls. Rest of the time was account creation and getting a phone number..
Have had ZERO issues so far.. Customer Support through email were quick and answered any question i had..The true RIPOFF if the traditional Phone companies.. Took my $80.00 a month bill and now paying $30 a year.. Even if i had the issues of the original Poster, I would think its well worth saving $1,000 a year..Possiable more with free 411, Voicemail, and other features you are paying on your traditional line..
I see no change in the call quality from my end or the people i am calling..This is by far one of the BEST MOVES i have made...
Only issue i had as i said above my local area code wasn't supported..but for me that wasnt a big deal at all.. So had to get a new number but heck i had so many advertiser calling my traditional line i am happy with the change..

Besides receiving tech support from the TALK Experts at netTALK at 1-866-967-1063 (Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, Sat-Sun 10:00am - 4:00pm EST), you can submit a trouble ticket at faq.nettalk.com
Also, if you send an e-mail with your concern to [email protected] they will take care of you.
