Purchased Nettalk DUO about 6 months ago. Worked fine, then totally failed. I have been trying to reach the company custome service since LAST WEEK. I am giving up. My experience with NETtalk DUO is that it is OK unless it fails to work. If it fails plan to either spend ?? hours time tryimng to reach them, or do what I am doint: throw it away and try a diferent product.
