Networkagenda.com Bsm/grant Search Asst was charged $9.95 and $7.95 on my visa card Internet
I ordered a cd on the internet with an expected charge of $1.95. After the cd arrived I was charged $39.95 by Growing Rich w/Google. I was then charged $7.95 by BSM/Grant Search Asst. I then was charged $9.95 by Network Agenda.com. I have been charged twice by Growing Rich w/Google and BSM/Grant Search Asst. At this time I called the phone numbers available to request that they quit charging my credit card.
After placing the call the newest charge by NetworkAgenda.com showed up on my credit card statement. I can only assume that by ordering a CD from Google my credit card number is now being passed from one place to another. To this point my credit card has been charged $107.75. I am thoroughly dissappointed in Google and hope some action will result from this report.

Hi Ryan, I have seen this same generic response from you to different customer about the same issue. I myself find myself in this same problem where i ordered this cd and I can't cancel all the numbers are busy-all the time. the numbers that I have gotten are: 866-546-2919/866396-5718/866-396-5695/866-396-5694/866-370-7270/866-418-9320/800/546-2919/,which are all busy all the time. How can I cancel if I can't contact you guys. I think that this is so because you guys don't want to be contacted so that you can continue to charge people under the "falsehood" that we are supposed to cancel the subscription during the trial period. Your company is fraudulent and I have since reported you guys to the better business bureau in Nevada. I also have tried to contact you personally at the 435-773-1795 number you provided and have also left a message and via e-mail and I am awaiting a response.

There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Arthur had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends. When you order our product you must select "Ship My FREE Kit!". Right next to that button is the following statement in 10 pt font: Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Ship My FREE Kit!" I am ordering the Google Money Profit CD and trial membership for one dollar and ninety-five cents S&H, after the seven-day trial I will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the fourteen day and twenty one day bonus trials to Grant Master and Network Agenda for seven dollars and ninety-five cents a month and nine dollars and ninety five cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "Growing Rich W/ Google." Cancel any time at 866-396-5695. Customer service can be reached Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm EST. I have located Arthur's account and have verified that he did contact customer service and his concerns were addressed per his request.
