Was told I had free tech support service for 1 month starting July 19. Had no Internet service and called tech support 18 times and no one could solve my problem.

Finally, a woman said she would send me updated software, which I waited 2 weeks for. I installed it and got back on the Internet.

When I got my credit card statement I was charged a total of $210.80 in tech support charges. I called billing dept. and they credited $76.05, but not the rest of the charges.

After calling again, I was given 5 different departments and all said they couldn't remove the charges. After 2 hours on the phone I finally gave up for today. Will try again tomorrow.

Believe me, once I get rid of these charges I will be changing Internet Service.
